Tickets go on sale on June 30th, with presale tickets available to American Express card members beginning on Wednesday at noon local time. CHARLOTTE, NC — Elton John’s final tour, which kicked off last summer, is coming to Charlotte this year. American Express® Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Thursday, September 27 at 10am local time through Monday, October 1 at 10pm local time.
