The 140-passenger vessel has ample indoor, and outdoor seating on all three decks, and wrap-around windows give way to amazing views. Passengers aboard the Twilight overnight at the Grand Harbor Resort in Dubuque, Iowa. The Grand Harbor is a riverfront hotel; standard rooms include two queen or one king bed. Drinks are very reasonable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. One big plus was the bathrooms were clean and spacious, something I didn't think I would find on a paddle boat!
